XC Camp

Well! Tomorrow is XC camp up at Pine Lake Campground (20 sideways of Bryce Canyon). I'm pretty excited!!! I will get to be there Wednesday to Saturday! Wish me luck not to die of no air in the 8000+ altitude! Holy Cow! We will be running doubles everyday and team bonding and of course we can swim in the lake, if so desired! I'll let you know how it all goes!

Shakespearean Date

So...two days ago I went on a double date with Danny Gillespie! Sam and Ronnie was my double team people :) Anyway, we went to the Shakespearean festival and had a blast! We watched the green show and played 'Scottish Slap' that was pretty fun. It was a bunch of different rhythms that each group clapped to music. We got some of their delicious tarts whilst there...I could use one right now they're that good! After, we went to the gift shop and I got us some zombie guys! They're way cute. Danny named his Fredrick, and I named mine Steve. Those zombies are best friends. So...anyway we saw The 39 Steps, an Alfred Hitchcock, but they made it a comedy, and boy was it funny!!! I loved it soo much, thanks Meghan for the tickets! After it was over, we made a quick pit stop at Wendy's and got us some frosties...at 10:30 at night. Hahahahaha. They're were good though. It was a wonderful date, I loved it!!!

Girl's Camp!!!

Girl's camp was last week and I had a super duper blast!!! It was my best year yet! We had to sleep in shipping containers!!! :( Instead of tents...lame-o. Anyway! It was nice weather the whole time and I was able to learn a lot and be closer with my friends and especially my ward girls...I love them so much...even if sometimes they keep me awake at night! Girl's camp is one of the best places to feel my Savior's love. The Sunrise devotional was so inspiring. I love the solo packet they gave me, it had a message from the stake president and the stake young women's presidency. And singing trees was the bomb. Everyone had such wonderful songs, you could really feel the spirit. I love girl's camp and highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking about it! I also had a pet moth up there for a night. He just stayed right on my fingers and I was able to take a picture with him doing the peace sign. I named him...Amadeus.
