Guten Tag!

This week has been a doozy.

We were supposed to have baptism this week, but long short, chaos has ensued and the date has been moved to next week. Crazy people. This is the third time this investigator has had to move the baptismal date, so let's hope next weeks it klapps.

In fun news, I made a seagull friend. We were at the train station and a seagull and we had some delicious treats that we started feeding it. I was throwing the pieces and this seagull, dubbed Sparky, was catching them in his beak. It was pretty awesome. But then the train conductor came, and scared the poop out of him, literally.

Next, we HAD a new investigator this week. We thought it was a miracle. Turns out, he was just in love with Sister Veselka. He left flowers in our bike baskets for two days, and then texted us that he realized it wouldn't work out because we only "wanted to catch him for our church". Haha. So, we had a new investigator and and not in the same week...kommisch.

It keeps raining here, but it makes the temperature really nice. My hair is always curly, I don't even have to do it sometimes.

I have give two more Book of Mormons away this last week. It seems to be a pattern with us, whenever we go to contact a referral, they are not there, and someone else in the building is and allows us to speak with them and accepts the Book of Mormon as a gift and tells us that we can come back. Exciting.

This happened yesterday after we visited a less active. We walked up the steps of a musty building to find a young adult asking if we had klingled his door. He talked to us for a good ten minutes, took a card, a book, and said he would go look up the website right after left. We had to run for the bus after that. But....we made it!

I am putting my organ skills to work by playing for the Gemeinde (ward) here in Kiel, they are so appreciative. It's so lovely. And this ward really participates in their lessons in Sunday School and Relief Society! It's amazing!

We even have a class just for investigators that the missionaries teach, and they all like to participate. Fabulous!

That's all for this week!

Love, Sister Rimmasch
